Questions
Before you order
Anything else? Reach support from your order email.
How slow is the rebound?
Slow enough to watch. Squeeze it and it takes a moment to return to shape.
Is it for kids or adults?
It is a sensory fidget for teens and adults. It is not meant for children under 3 because of the small-parts risk. Supervise younger kids.
Is it safe to stretch and squeeze?
Squeeze and stretch gently. Do not pierce, cut or tear it, and keep it away from sharp objects, pets and heat. If the shell is ever damaged, stop using it.
How do I clean it?
Wipe it with a damp cloth and let it air dry. Keep it out of direct sun and away from heat.
Can I choose my colors in a bundle?
The 2-cube bundle ships in the color you pick above. Want different colors? Add each color to your cart separately.
When will my order arrive?
Orders ship in 1-3 business days and arrive 7-15 business days after that. You get a tracking email as soon as it ships.
What if I do not like it?
You have 30 days from delivery to ask for a return. See the terms above, then contact support and we will take it from there.
